Prerequisites
Setup Steps
Set Your Target Company
Locate the 'Set Source Company' node at the beginning of the workflow. Update the 'Value' field from the default URL to the website of the company you wish to analyze.
Configure API Credentials
Ensure you have added your API keys for OpenAI, Exa.ai, SerpAPI, and Firecrawl within the main 'Credentials' section of your n8n dashboard. The workflow nodes will automatically reference these credentials.
Connect Notion Database
Select the final 'Insert Into Notion' node. Authenticate your Notion account and, in the 'Database ID' field, select the specific database you've prepared for storing the competitor analysis reports.
Activate the Workflow
Save and activate the workflow using the toggle at the top right. Click the 'Test workflow' button to initiate your first automated research run and see the report appear in Notion.
