Setup Steps
Connect WhatsApp via WhapAround
First, sign up for a WhapAround account and follow their instructions to connect your WhatsApp number. This will provide you with a unique webhook URL to use in the next step.
Configure the Webhook Trigger
Copy the webhook URL from your WhapAround dashboard and paste it into the 'WhapAround - Listeing' Webhook node in this n8n workflow. This allows n8n to receive incoming messages securely.
Set Up the Knowledge Base
Locate the 'company's knowledge' Google Docs node. Replace the placeholder Document ID in the parameters with the ID of your own Google Doc. Ensure your n8n Google credentials have permission to read this file.
